This site is hosted and its forms are processed by Netlify. Netlify collects standard server log data including IP address, browser type, and request timestamps as part of normal hosting operations.
How We Use Your Information
Form submission data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss charter booking options. It is not used for marketing, passed to third parties, or used for any purpose beyond direct communication related to your request.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are most useful, how visitors navigate the site, and where improvements can be made. It is not linked to your identity and is not used to make decisions about individuals.
Server logs are retained by Netlify for security and operational purposes under their own data retention policy.

Form submissions are transmitted to and stored on Netlify's servers. Netlify processes this data as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy practices are governed by the Netlify Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Behavioral analytics on this site are powered by Google Analytics 4. Google acts as a data processor. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. Their data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Neither service sells your data. Neither is used for advertising targeting.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser to distinguish visitors and track sessions. The primary cookies are _ga (expires after 2 years) and _ga_[measurement-id] (expires after 2 years). These cookies contain a randomly generated identifier and do not store personal information directly.
